Animal Kingdom is a 500-acre park, featuring free-roaming animals, live shows and some rides. To get the best look at the animals, you will want to take a ride with the Kilimanjaro Safari where you’ll see the animals a bit closer in their natural habitats, especially in the morning or late afternoon. The best shows include the Lion King, Tarzan Rocks and It’s Tough to Be a Bug. If you’re not afraid to get a little wet (or maybe very wet), be sure to ride the rapids on the Kali River Rapids. The kids will like to play in The Boneyard, where they can play archeologist. There are several restaurants onsite, including Rainforest Café.
